If the answer you need is not here, send a note — it goes straight to the kitchen.
When and where do I pick up my order?
Pick-up is Saturday, October 24, in Rancho-Fontana, California 92336. The street address comes with your confirmation email. The exact address is sent as soon as your order is confirmed. If collecting is awkward, pick drop-off on the order form and we bring it to you locally for $2 extra.
How do I use the kit?
Every box comes with a printed card. 1. Leave the icing bags at room temperature and massage them gently to reincorporate the colors if they have separated (this is normal!). 2. Cut off the tips of the icing bags. Trim off only the very tips at first — you can cut off more later if necessary. 3. Have fun decorating your Halloween cookies with the icing and sprinkles! 4. Eat your cookies right away, or let them dry for 8 to 10 hours before packaging or stacking them. Your cookies will stay fresh for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
How do I pay?
You reserve on this site and no card details are taken here. Your confirmation email explains how to pay — and you can always pay in person at pick-up. Your kit is held for you from the moment you order, so you are not racing anyone else once the form is sent.
How long is my kit held?
Your kits are held from the moment you order. If an order is never confirmed or paid, the kits go back into the drop after 24 hours so someone else can have them — you would get an email before that happens.
Why does everything sell out?
Because it is one home kitchen. Each drop is capped at what can genuinely be baked well in the time available, so when the batch is claimed it is gone. Some recipes come back; others do not. The drop list and Instagram hear first.
Can you ship it, or deliver to me?
No shipping — nothing leaves the Inland Empire in a box. You can collect it from the door on the drop day, or ask us to drop it off for $2 extra. Local drop-off only — ask us if you are not sure you are in range. We cannot sell to a shop for resale.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes. Custom work depends on the week and on the drop calendar. Send a note through the contact form with what you have in mind, the date you need it and how many, and you will get an honest yes or no.
What about allergens?
Kits are assembled in a home kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Cross-contact is possible and we do not run a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen. Every kit lists its full ingredients and a "Contains" line on the drop page, so you can read exactly what is in it before you order — and if you have a serious allergy, ask us and we will tell you honestly rather than guess.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, up to 48 hours before the drop day. You can move to a later drop or cancel outright. Inside that time the kits are already made and the ingredients are bought, so the order is not refundable. Full detail is in the pick-up and refund policy.
What if I cannot collect on the day?
Email us the same day. If the kits are still fresh and nothing else was promised, you can usually collect later that day. If they are not collected, the order is treated as a no-show — home-baked food cannot sit around, and it cannot be resold.
Is the food inspected?
It is baked in a home kitchen — not a commercial facility, and not routinely inspected the way a restaurant kitchen is. That is the trade-off that makes a small home bakery possible, and it is why everything is made to order and collected quickly.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Orders are collected from the door on the drop day. That is also why the address is sent with the confirmation rather than published — it is a home, and drop days run to their own schedule.
I signed up for emails — how do I stop them?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask, and we will remove you by hand.
